CORPORATE STRUCTURE

M.M. U-Chem Industries, Inc. is classified into three (3) major divisions as follows:

Construction Chemicals

This division comprises the major systems of Liquid and Powder Admixtures, Flooring Systems, Concrete Repairs, Industrial Grouts, Finishing and Waterproofing.

Specialty Products

This division consists of our wax-based curing compound, form release agent, mortar and concrete bonding agents, tile adhesives and tile grouts.

Industrial Products

This division is composed of the two related major products namely, the Refractory Materials and the Water Treatment Chemicals.
