It was duly incorporated and recognized by SEC on the 16th of August 2005 and was granted its Permit to Operate in Davao City on the 8th of September 2005. We are also an active member of Davao City Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc.

M.M. U-Chem Industries, Inc. is a family-owned corporation under a meticulous maneuvering of a Licensed Chemical Engineer. Its corporate values take root from the teachings it learned from the family and which is centered on its great faith to the source of all things, our God Almighty.

M.M. U-Chem Industries, Inc. was formed based on the core expertise of the incorporators founded from their long experiences, intensive trainings here and abroad and quality education.
